Terms & Conditions

1. All prices quoted within the territory of Malaysia are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) only.
   The prices quoted are valid for 30 days ONLY from date of quotation, however, it maybe subject to change without prior notice or notification.

2. All prices quoted are based on per user or per license basis.
3. All business transactions are on Prepaid or CASH terms only, unless and until credit terms and facilities have been established.
4. All cheque(s) payment MUST be made out to PRECISION DESIGN SOLUTION (M) SDN BHD.
5. Unless otherwise stated, all prices listed DO NOT include consulting services, training services, deployment, installation, implementation or other services related charges.
6. Prices listed DO NOT include freight and handling charges for deliveries outside the Klang Valley. Please contact us for freight and handling charges outside the Klang Valley.
7. Please note that the provision of the following information would expedite the order processing for goods ordered.
        a.     Version upgrade purchase must be supported with a photocopy of
                END-USER's existing product license label (clearly indicating the Part
                Number and Serial Number).
        b.     Completed Customer Information Form (CIF) MUST be submitted
                together with any or all software subscription purchase
        c.     Complete end-user contact information MUST be submitted for licensing
                purposes.
8. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery upon Precision Design Solution (M) Sdn Bhd formal confirmation of receipt and acceptance of Purchase Order (PO).
9. Delivery is also subject to final confirmation by Precision Design Solution (M) Sdn Bhd and good credit standing or payment compliance.
10. Any request for PO cancellation MUST be made officially to Precision Design Solution (M) Sdn Bhd. Acceptance or rejection to the said request is subject to the sole discretion of Precision Design Solution (M) Sdn Bhd.
11. Any PO cancellation request made after SEVEN (7) days from the date of PO receipt shall incur a cancellation fee penalty of 30% of the total PO value or such sum(s) as determined appropriate by Precision Design Solution (M) Sdn Bhd.
12. Product description, version and/or specification are correct at the time of quoting, however Autodesk, Borland and CodeGear reserve the right to change or vary from time to time without prior notice or notification.
13. End-user license is subject to Autodesk, Borland or CodeGear's software license agreement.
14. Precision Design Solution (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to the final decision in any situation of dispute.
15. Please note that Autodesk, Borland and CodeGear may append certain stipulation or request for additional end-user information prior to ordering, shipping or processing approval.
16. These request must be responded to in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in delays in shipping and delivery schedules. Precision Design Solution (M) Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for any damages in any form due to delays in submission.
17. Other terms and conditions may be appended or removed from time to time.
18. No order shall be binding for Precision Design Solution (M) Sdn Bhd until Precision Design Solution (M) Sdn Bhd has accepted it, and Precision Design Solution (M) Sdn Bhd shall have no liability for any purchase order that it does NOT accept.
19. Precision Design Solution (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to append, remove or vary the said Terms & Conditions from time-to-time or at our discretion.
