• Achieving revenue targets for respective business segments
• Plan and carry out direct sales and marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.
• Develop ideas, create sales and marketing programs for promotion to customer accounts by market and product sectors.
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, and personal visits.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account development and management.
• Monitor and report on sales activities to provide relevant management information
   

• Candidate must possess at least 4 – 5 years sales experience, preferably in system integration or solution selling
• Experience must be related to the IT industry, preferably software
• Candidate must possess aggressive sales mentality.
• Ability to plan and execute initiatives aiming to achieve competitive edge in the area of sales turnover and distribution.
• Must be a team player who is action oriented and result driven
• Must be able to communicate well in English
• Responsible for sales targets and sales figure.
• Identify new market opportunities and maintaining good relationship with company's existing customers
• Target new and existing accounts to develop business opportunities
• Plan and Implement sales programs by developing local sales action plans to achieve sales target
• Qualify and generate potential leads, identify best marketing practices and positioning opportunities
